Ok Hello Everone...!!
I'm Ash and i me from Malaysia, a small country in Asia..... Well sorry for interrupting but i really,really need someone's help here or anyone who is successful in shaping their body.... I fund this site about a year ago and now i think i'm ready to post sumthing here.... I'm 17 and 5'7.. Weighs around 156 pounds.... before i was about 180.... finally i managed to lose some and want to lose few extra pound there..... Actually i am really depressed with my man boobs.... I hope someone can teach me the proper way how to get rid of it.... I'm blank now, i don't know where to go b'coz i'm afraid to see the Dr.... how can i shape my body well with just a pair of dumbell and a yoga mat....?? ![]() ![]() ![]() B4 i was doing rope jumping around 1000 jumps a day ...... I think maybe of our diet here i can't really make my weight lose easier.. I eat rice for lunch and just two piece of toast for dinner and breakfast (and milk too).... So i want to get away from that diet and can someone tell me hat diet is the best to lose weight...???? I nearly give up but i think again i should not..... I can no longer let myself live with that 'extra ball' on top of my body... So any help and advice is really APPRECIATED.....!!! Thx!!:beerchug: |
