Please Help
Hello, I am currently a 16 year old male on WW. I first started my weight loss on March 1st, when I was 5'9'' 211 lbs. I was eating 26 points a day (from some "getting started" book), plus my 35 extra per week. Then, one week, I mistakenly ate 45, and said I'd only eat 25 the next week. Then I started spiraling down, eating 30-35 each week, getting more and more into "negative" points, but never eating more than 35 extras. Then, about three weeks ago, my weight loss hit a wall. I could not get past 188-189. I am currently eating 24 points a day after going under 200 lbs., and I have tried eating less than 35 points a week (eventually gave up the whole negative thing and started a clean slate at 35), but nothing works. Yesterday morning, I weighed in at 187.8, but this morning, I was back up to 188.8. Also, whenever I have lacrosse practice or a half hour weight lifting session, I add one more point to my daily points. Also, I have a "free" serving of milk/cheese (any dairy product for me), and I do not count those points. Please help me to get over this plateau or tell me if I am doing something wrong. Thanks!
